SSA_NGA_Supply of ‘Higher Education Research and Insight support services

Tender description

The regional higher education team is in need of a dedicated support service for a Nigeria based consultant for 12 months to support the regional higher education insights manager with a range of project management and data analysis support (see section 7 for more details). <br />The support will have focus on conducting, commissioning and analysing quantitative and qualitative education research, ensuring that the output is highly relevant and of practical value to the international higher education customer audience and producing high quality products to reflect a rapidly developing marketplace. The consultant will also work closely with the global education Insight Hubs, providing data analytics support. The Insight hubs will support the UK and British Council’s aim for increased system to system partnerships and help to create environments to enable more UK engagement through the analysis of policy environments, the needs and priorities of local governments, the mood of the local sector and their appetite for partnership. The SSA insight hubs will provide insights across sub-Saharan Africa but the priority markets are Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa. <br />
