Tender description

As part of the yearly range of activities of the Business Development we are looking for the below stated products for our potential and current business partners. Our objective is to get IELTS promotional material calendars, posters, standees etc, that will be procured and shared at our B2B and B2C meetings and events. Moreover, we will require the services of printing training material, certificates etc throughout the year. In the longer run we propose to develop close business relations with our current and potential partners and work to promote IELTS business across Pakistan, with the help of these promotional giveaway items.<br /> <br />The general idea is to have;<br />Table Calendars:<br />Table calendars are practical and visually appealing tools that helps stay organized and keep track of exam dates. They feature monthly or yearly layouts with vibrant images, inspiring quotes, or relevant information. These calendars are designed to be placed on tables, desks, or countertops, serving as both a functional and decorative item.<br />Posters:<br />Posters are eye-catching displays that convey information, promote events, or showcase artwork. They are typically printed on large sheets of paper or other materials and are commonly used for advertising, educational purposes, or displaying exam dates. Posters capture attention with their vivid colors, bold graphics, and concise messages, making them an effective medium for communication.<br />Standees:<br />Standees are freestanding, self-supporting displays that are often used for promotional activities, events, or trade shows. They are designed to be placed on the floor or a flat surface and feature a printed image or message mounted on a sturdy backing. Standees are lightweight, portable, and easy to set up, making them an ideal choice for creating brand awareness or attracting attention in high-traffic areas.<br />Certificates:<br />Certificates are formal documents that recognize and validate achievements, accomplishments, or qualifications. They are typically printed on high-quality paper and feature specific details such as the recipient's name, the issuing organization or institution, and the nature of the achievement.
