This procurement is lead by Cumberland Council on behalf of both Cumberland Council and Westmorland & Furness Council. The councils are going to the market for a modern, innovative Learning Management System which is intuitive, modern and user-friendly. The system must provide a complete Learning Management System geared towards the needs of the councils.\r \r Suppliers wishing to express an interest and obtain access to the tender documents should go to www.the-chest.org.uk and click on current opportunities from the navigation area on the left of the screen.
