Tender description

Bedford Borough Council will shortly be going to tender for a provider of Litter Enforcement Services within Bedford. The encumbent will be required to provide a small team of enforcement officers to patrol and, where necessary, issue Fixed Penalty Notices under the Environmental Protection Act (1990), Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing act 2014 and Clean neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
