Tender description

Forestry England plans to go out to tender in September 2024 (this may change) to find Suppliers that demonstrate professionalism, experience, and a suitable work profile in Direct Production (DP) Harvesting. This requirement will be for all our sites in England but will be split into smaller contracts so that Suppliers can apply for the geographic areas they work in. Forestry England expects most of the work to be undertaken with purpose-built forestry machines deployed within a short-wood system of working. There is a regular element of motor-manual capability required and regular winch extraction to support this work. Lot 1: As described earlier
