THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Procurement Partners Service (PPS) on behalf of North Middlesex University Hospital (NMUH) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of the potential procurement of the development and management of a childcare facility on the main hospital site. Lot 1: THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION This is not a procurement but a request for information (RFI) as part of the potential future procurement of the development and management of a childcare facility on the main hospital site. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information about options from suppliers where they may fund the capital investment of a high-quality facility from which the provider would deliver a managed childcare service. The Trust has identified an onsite location, as per the diagram on the attached document titled Request for Information RFI NMUH Childcare Proposal.docx, which would be a viable site for the development of a childcare facility, with opportunities to build up multiple floors and expansion options to provide external play space. To assist NMUH with testing their assumptions and proposed estate and service requirements, we ask that interested providers propose responses/feedback to the following key requirements using the template provided in Appendix 1 under the multiqoute portal by 14th May 2024.
