Achill Sound Village Greenway: Miscellaneous Accommodation Works 2024 for Mayo County Council

The miscellaneous Greenway accommodation works will include: • Farm fencing and decorative style domestic entrance gates. • Land drainage and service ducts for public lighting. • Landscaping stockpiled material in field and at rear of Derelict House. • Minor excavation at 2 No. House Entrances. • Supply and place SMA Pavements at 3 No. Gate Entrances and roadside driveway area in front of House. • Supply and place gravel surfaces at 2 No. Yard Areas either side of House. • Break out and replace existing concrete footpath panels /sections adjacent to 2 No. Gates. • Supply and construction of approx. 23m of white roughcast render finished blockwork walls divided into sections. • 1 No. Sheep Dipping and Handling Facility. • Clean, prime and repaint all external walls, window cills, plinths etc. of Hotel Building, old Butcher Shop, Flat Roof Dwelling House and recently constructed Shed Building. • Clean, prime and repaint existing sewer vent. • Supply and plant 12 No. Half-Standard Silver Birch Trees. • Supply and plant 490 No. bareroot privet hedge plants at 500 mm centres at various identified locations. • Supply and install 240 litre BriteBin ™ or equivalent Solar compacting Litter Bin. • Clean door and window glass on Identified Building K and install one way privacy contact film on the glass surfaces. • Supply and install 3 No. replacement flagpoles to Hotel Carpark
