Tender description
Suitably experienced and qualified suppliers are invited to tender for the provision of project management and quantity surveying services working to reimagine Winter Gardens heritage horizon project following receipt of permission to start the delivery phase for Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC). Lot 1: Project Management The Construction Project Manager will work with the Council’s Client Lead on Delivery (Director of Major Projects) and the Principal Architect and the already established multi-disciplinary Professional Design Team Lot 2: Quantity Surveying The Quantity Surveyor will work with the Council, the Project Manager and Principal Architect Professional, Design Team. This project shall be to successfully complete the delivery stage (RIBA 4 to 7) within budget, programme and to the specified quality.
