Thornbridge Outdoors WiFi and broadband provision and support

Tender description

We can have up to 90 guests staying in our three accommodation buildings, 40 guests camping and up to 40 day visitors onsite at any one time. We have a staff team of ~10 in most days who require internet access through their Sheffield City Council laptops which includes use as phones (via MS Teams) and file access via a VPN. Our existing WiFi network is connected to a FTTC broadband signal and we are struggling to get sufficient internet speeds which is affecting staff productivity and guest satisfaction. We are also struggling to support and maintain the network. We are therefore looking to upgrade our broadband supply and WiFi network. Lot 92100: Thornbridge Outdoors WiFi and broadband provision and support We would like to put in place an ‘always on’ awareness campaign which focuses on increasing the reach of Sheffield to wider audiences. We want to amplify the current good press Sheffield is receiving as well as be able to better promote some unique initiatives happening over the next few months. The focus must be on audiences external to the city, but domestic to the UK.
