Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Provision of Project Manager and Client Agent Services for Douglas and Laxey Flood Alleviation Schemes to Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between April 2024 and March 2025.<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants to provide project manager and client agent services for the Douglas and Laxey Flood Alleviation Schemes for the 2024 to 2025 financial year to the Department of Infrastructure.<br /><br />The purpose of the service is to provide project manager and client agent services to oversee and to co-ordinate the whole project team. This will include but not limited to client agent functions such as, preparation of treasury reports, chairing project meetings, attending board meetings and preparing board reports, undertaking and keeping an oversight of budget, spend.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Portal - Quick Quote Request Document - C24_03<br />- C24_03 NEC4 Professional Services Short Contract<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 05/04/2024 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 12/04/2024 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
