Market Engagement Event for Personalised Registrations Auction Services Lot 1: DVLA is re-procuring the Provision of Personalised Registration Auction Services with auctions to be held exclusively online. This notice is to inform potential providers of the opportunity to attend an online Market Engagement event on 21 May 2024 from 13:30 to 15:00, via MS Teams. The aims of the event are to refresh the supply market’s understanding of this tender opportunity (including an overview of the key improvements made since this procurement was last run), provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and for the authority to seek the views of the market. To attend the Market Engagement event, please email Dominique.dyer@dvla.gov.uk and megan.rymer@dvla.gov.uk by 12 noon on 10 May 2024 to request an invitation. Requests must include the information listed below: Supplier Name Name of Attendee(s) Supplier Address Supplier Email Supplier Contact Number Please limit your attendees to 3 per organisation, to keep the audience manageable. Attendees will be sent a MS Teams appointment and Agenda by 13 May. Depending on the number of attendees, we may offer the opportunity of a subsequent 1:1 session. Alternatively, if numbers are high, an alternative opportunity for information sharing will be considered such as email or questionnaire.
