The London Borough of Camden is currently reviewing its Guardianship contract (Vacant Property Guardians services. The Council is in the process of considering options in relation to future provision of these services. The Council will seek to award a contract for the provision of property guardian services, keeping vacant properties occupied and reducing the opportunity for anti-social behaviour, crime, vandalism and squatting.
