On behalf of the England’s Connected Heartland (ECH) 5G Innovation Region, Oxfordshire County Council intends to procure a seven-year contract for a Supplier to install and operate a 5G private network managed service along the East West Railway (Bicester to Bletchley), with the possibility to extend the network further during the term.
