Tender description

All NatureScot owned and leased property structures are required to be revalued on a 5-year cycle in line with the Scottish Public Finance Manual (SPFM) guidelines and our accounting policy. In year 1 – we require 100% physical valuations of all our owned and leased property structures. In years 2-5 – we require 25% desktop valuations of our owned and leased property structures.
