Provision of Calibration Services at Engineering Depots

Tender description

GTR has awarded a contract to provide calibration services at 4 depots (Hornsey, Selhurst, Brighton and Battersea Stewarts Lane). The contract is to undertake scheduled calibration of a fixed list of 1,722 tooling inventory assets, including a range of items such as: torque wrenches, gas detectors and pressure gauges. Lot 1: The procurement was undertaken in accordance with the Utilities Contract Regulations (UCR 2016) and utilised The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) as a means of pre-qualification to shortlist potential providers. The following approach was undertaken: Identification of the relevant suppliers via RISQS. SQQ issued via RISQS. ITT issued via Delta e-Sourcing Platform. The Contract was awarded to the Service Provider that submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The Contract has been awarded for a duration of 47 months.
