Tender description

Framework Agreement for upholstery and stitching work at on and off compound of BHC New Delhi. The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the 14th of April 2024 'Commencement Date' and unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated shall terminate at 13th of April 2027 'the end of the Term'. The Authority may extend up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier.
