Tender description

This procurement exercise for Digital Employment Support (the "Services") is being conducted as a General Further Competition ("Further Competition") under the Electronic Market Place (EMP) Ref: KMCAS-164; Provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment & Lifelong Learning (the "EMP"). Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to Category 3 - Employment Support of the EMP with relevant experience and ability for the Digital Employment Support (the "Services") as detailed in the Further Competition documents. As this is a Further Competition exercise it is essential that any Tenders received are from the same legal entity as appointed to the EMP (i.e. Tenders should not be received from other sub-divisions or trading arms of an organisation). The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately £100,000 over twelve months. The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is April 2024. The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 31st March 2024, for clarity there is no scope to extend further.
