The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (Tower Hamlets) is seeking to commission an organisation with the specialist skills and resources to provide a Children’s Advocacy and Independent Visitors (IV) Service. This is a single, integrated service. Advocacy and IV are both statutory services required for all Local Authorities with social services responsibilities.
