The overarching objective of this research is to find out how the potential British Council customers perceive the British Council and its key competitors when exploring face-to-face (in-centre) English language learning options and contacting course providers via different channels. The focus will be on face-to-face (in-centre) English language courses for children (Young Learners) - reviewing the customer journey, price and product information, information about classes – e.g. the number of students in a class, length of the class etc., schedules, and learning materials offered.
