Services sought<br />The British Council is seeking potential Suppliers with the necessary capacity and capability to provide the British Council with Remote Proctoring solutions. <br />The Framework will be split into 2 Lots:<br />Lot 1 – Remote Proctoring Service<br />This is a full-service Remote Proctoring offer, providing both (access to a) Remote Proctoring Software and staffing/invigilator services to the British Council. We would also consider a hybrid option where British Council invigilators supplements your company’s invigilators to manage peaks in demand. This is a standalone service which does not require a testing platform. <br />We would like you to set out your approach for two different models of Remote Proctoring within this Lot:<br />1. Record & Review (Human Review)<br />2. Live Proctoring.<br />Lot 2 – Remote Proctoring Technology<br />This is a service providing (access to a) Remote Proctoring Software, but staffing/invigilator requirements will be provided by the British Council utilising our invigilator network. This is a standalone service which does not require a testing platform.<br />We would like you to set out your approach for two different models of Remote Proctoring within this lot:<br />1. Record & Review (Human Review)<br />2. Live Proctoring<br />The British Council wishes to progress this Framework with vigour and is only interested in proven solutions and services that can move the initiative forward with speed. It is therefore anticipated that solutions will be based on pre-existing products or service offerings.<br />Suppliers are invited to apply for both Lots where they feel they have the required Solutions.<br />
