NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (the “ICB) is intending to commission a contract for Community Services for the borough of Hounslow, with a proposed contract term of 21 months (the “Proposed Contract”). Lot 1: This is a transparency notice to notify the market of the ICB’s intention to follow the Most Suitable Provider Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, in respect of the Proposed Contract. <br/>The provision of Hounslow Community Services includes the following services:<br/>Care Closer to Home<br/><br/>• Adult Community Nursing, including Community Matrons, and including Domiciliary Phlebotomy<br/>• Integrated Community Response Service<br/>• Community Recovery Service<br/>• Adult Continuing Care<br/>• Adult Speech and Language Therapy (SALT)<br/>• Continence<br/>• Tissue Viability<br/><br/>Planned and Specialist Care<br/><br/>• MSK<br/>• Dietetics<br/>• Podiatry, including Biomechanics<br/>• Cardiac Rehabilitation<br/>• Learning Disabilities<br/><br/>Children’s Services<br/><br/>• Paediatric Community Nursing Service<br/>• Children’s Bladder and Bowel Service<br/>• Children’s Continuing Care<br/>• Asthma & Wheeze Community Service<br/>• Specialist Services Schools<br/>• Phlebotomy (Paediatric)<br/>• Child Development including Looked after Children<br/>• Haemoglobinopathy Service<br/>• Paediatric Occupational Therapy<br/>• Paediatric Physiotherapy<br/>• Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy<br/>• Paediatric Audiology (All Ealing registered Children for Tier 3 Paediatric Audiology)<br/>• Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)<br/><br/>Primary Care<br/>The following Primary Care services are also required (covering all of Hounslow):<br/>• Primary Care Patient Co-ordinator Service (PCPC)<br/>• Diabetes<br/>• Wheelchairs<br/><br/>The ICB invites any providers who consider they can deliver the services under the Proposed Contract to express their interest in being considered as the ‘most suitable provider’.<br/>Any providers wishing to express an interest should read and familiarise themselves with the Service Specification and document 1 MSP EOI Instructions and, complete the document: ‘Document 3 A Selection Eligibility Questionnaire , Document 3 B Potential provider response Assessment Template and the potential provider response document Financial Ratio template ’, within the Atamis project, the details of which are provided below. <br/>The opportunity to register an interest and submit a completed ‘Document 3 A Selection Eligibility Questionnaire, Document 3 B Potential provider response Assessment Template and Potential Provider Response document - Financial ratio template’ notice will be open for a period of 14 days, from the date of publishing this notice, before the ICB proceeds to assessment of providers. <br/>The ICB will assess interested providers’ responses to the ‘Document 3 A Selection Eligibility Questionnaire and Document 3 B Potential provider response Assessment Template’, applying the key criteria, and basic selection criteria in order to determine the most suitable provider(s) to whom to make an award.<br/>To register your interest, please follow the link below, and search for the project reference/name as detailed:<br/><br/>https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome<br/>Project reference: C262448<br/>Project Name: Community Response Service for Hounslow.
