The London Borough of Croydon was successful in its application to the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities for The Levelling Up Fund (LUF). Alongside the Government (LUF) grant, match funding has been identified, bringing the total programme budget for this opportunity to circa £8m.<br />The Council is seeking consultancy services for Commercial Services, a combined Quantity Surveying (Cost Consultant) and Client Advisor (including Contract Administration) Professional Services for Client Advisor (pre-contract to close).<br />Experienced in performing those commercial services disciplines, in respect of projects of a similar size, scope, character, nature, value, and complexity to The Programme (including, without limitation, those services stated and set-out in the document titled “Quantity Surveyor Services” (England and Wales; May 2022 and newer versions from time-to-time) published by RICS and the document titled “Employer’s Agent Services” (England and Wales; May 2022 and newer versions from time-to-time) published by RICS).<br /><br />
