Re-roofing works including stripping the existing obsolete concrete roof tiles and replacing the roof coverings; replacing rainwater goods; external building fabric repairs including render repairs; internal redecoration; replacing floor coverings and further miscellaneous works. - Stripping the existing obsolete concrete roof tiles, ridge tiles, verge flashings etc. - Removing the existing asbestos cement verges. - Installing a new breather membrane. - Replacing the roof coverings with new Marley modern rooftiles. - Replacing all existing downpipes and gutters with larger capacity downpipes and gutters. - Undertaking render repairs to all external elevations. - Installing Leviat/Helifix cavity wall ties to all external elevations. - Redecorating all of the wet dash render to all external walls. - Fully redecorating all rooms and corridors internally. - Replacing carpet and vinyl to specified areas. - Further miscellaneous works.
