Allerton 2nd Floor Female WC Refurbishment

Tender description

The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to refurbish a 2nd floor female WC located within the Allerton building, Frederick Road Campus, Salford, M6 6PU. The project will briefly consist of: • Strip out of existing internal fixtures and finishes • Associated mechanical and electrical works • Plumbing/sanitary installations including washbasins, WC pans and hand dryers • Installation WC cubicles, vanity and IPS ducts • Refurbishment of ceiling, floor and wall finishes • Demolition of an existing corridor wall • Installation of fire rated doors • General decorations and making good The works will be undertaken under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract (2016 Edition) Further detail can be found within the ITT and Tender Pack.
