Voids Cleaning, Clearance and Garden Works

AWARD NOTICE CHP wishes to commission experienced and appropriately qualified organisations for the provision of voids (empty homes) cleaning, clearance and garden works. CHP may also require ad hoc services to be carried out in occupied properties or communal areas/estates. CHP turn over approximately 660 voids each year. Our requirements have been split into three lots (see below) and it is our intention to award one contractor lots 1 and 2, and two contractors for lot 3. Contractors are permitted to bid for one lot only. Lot 1 - Cleaning Lot 2 - Clearance Lot 3 - Garden Works Lot 1: Cleaning Pre-cleans and final cleans of properties Lot 2: Clearance Internal clearance of properties contents including roof spaces/lofts, carpets. External clearances of shed contents, outbuilding contents, garden contents. Needle sweeps, biohazard waste removal. Lot 3: Garden Works Cutting and maintenance of grass, shrubs, trees, hedges, weeds removal, demolition and clearance of sheds, outbuildings, hard landscaping, filling in of ponds. Repair/installation/removal works to fencing, paving and hard landscaping. Specialist tree surgery services.
