T0564 Strategy Unit technical partner support (phase two)

Tender description

The National Highways Strategy Unit is seeking to build upon the work undertaken in phase one of its launch programme in phase two, which will seek to finalise a single strategic governance framework for the organisation, further develop the proposed corporate 'Strategic Thinking Network' (with build and launch of the 'Senior Strategy Group/Single Mind' component), and upskill SU team members to deliver high-level strategy 'training' to strategy owners across the business as they look to develop and produce (and/or publish) strategic thinking and content. All these activities are designed to centralise and align strategic assumptions, questions, and emerging issues, helping us to work more collaboratively and consistently, to realise efficiencies in RP3 and beyond, and to meet our delivery objectives in the short, medium and long-term (thereby improving performance).
