SEND and AP System Mapping in Bedford - (Spark the Difference)

To better understand local needs, experiences and systemic challenges, in the context of ongoing reforms, Bedford Borough Council (BBC) will conduct a SEND & AP system-wide review. The system mapping will provide a succinct, all-in-one-place diagnostic of where BBC stands “as-is” for reform objectives and the supporting Strategic Delivery Plan. Following upon this, the Readiness Plan will build shared ownership and clarity with stakeholders on the specific system changes that are needed to bridge from “as-is” to the planned end state for the Change Programme (“to-be”).
