Repairs, Diagnostic and Reporting Tool

Tender description

This is an RFI process. West Lancashire Borough Council ("The Council") is requesting a demonstration from potential providers of a repairs reporting and diagnostic system. The information will only be used to better inform future specifications. West Lancashire Borough Council has approximately 6000 homes. Residents can report repairs required to their home in person at one of our customer service points, online via our website, or over the phone to our customer service team. The Council is looking for a system that helps non-technical and experienced technical staff to diagnose repair problems and raise job orders. The system should find an easy way to find Schedule of Rates items and add them to a schedule of works. The Council is also looking for an easy solution for tenants to report repairs online. The Council is looking for companies to demonstrate their products during a 1-hour Teams meeting on 9th May 2024. Keywords: Software, system, diagnostic
