Croydon's Homes for the Future as Centres for Excellence - book site visits

THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. Croydon Council are now inviting potential bidders interested in the upcoming Croydon's Homes for the Future as Centres for Excellence tender to book site visits. The purpose of these visits will be to view the properties associated with this tender. This tender aims to procure an innovative delivery partner to aid in the design, delivery and transformation of three Adult Care Homes. The aim is to transform the current provision of delivery of residential and nursing care services, creating 'Centres of Excellence' which will provide long term care, rehabilitation and interim care to meet the current needs of Croydon residents and to evolve with the populations needs for the duration of the contract. Each visit will be approximately thirty minutes in length. The provider will be responsible for organising their own travel and fare, allowing sufficient travel time between the sites. Please see the available visit slots and travel distance between each site within attached document. Due to the nature of these properties housing residents, late registrations will not be accepted. Please note that these are site visits only and a member of the Council will be on hand to meet you. Prospective bidders should have no more than 2 representatives per organisation and will be prohibited from asking questions of the current provider, staff and residents. All questions must be registered in Croydon's e-procurement portal. Prospective bidders are also prohibited from taking photos of facilities, staff and residents.
