NEPO is awarding a multi supplier procurement solution for stand-alone asbestos removal works to compliment the NEPO221 Demolition and Associated Services Framework Agreement. Lot 1: Asbestos Removal Works within Non-Domestic Properties - Northumberland and Tyne & Wear Safe system of work for the removal of licensed and non-licensed Asbestos Containing Material within buildings and land across the Northumberland and Tyne and Wear regions including but not limited to; schools, offices, community centres, nurseries, children's centres, car parks, cemeteries, shop units, museums, theatres, libraries, markets, garages and historic buildings. Lot 2: Asbestos Removal Works within Domestic Properties - Northumberland and Tyne & Wear Safe system of work for the removal of licensed and non-licensed Asbestos Containing Material within domestic properties across the Northumberland and Tyne and Wear regions. Lot 3: Asbestos Removal Works within Non-Domestic Properties - Durham and Tees Valley Safe system of work for the removal of licensed and non-licensed Asbestos Containing Material within buildings and land across Durham and Tees Valley regions including but not limited to; schools, offices, community centres, nurseries, childrens centres, car parks, cemeteries, shop units, museums, theatres, libraries, markets, garages and historic buildings. Lot 4: Asbestos Removal Works within Domestic Properties - Durham and Tees Valley Safe system of work for the removal of licensed and non-licensed Asbestos Containing Material within domestic properties across Durham and Tees Valley regions.
