Tender description
Corporate subscription to The Welding Institute for three years. Our membership is essential because, after concrete, steel is the most commonly used construction material for our bridges and highway structures and welding is one of the main processes used to fabricate and repair these. The methods and technology associated with welding are highly specialised and National Highways needs access to the industry knowledge associated with this to ensure our advice to schemes and the ongoing development of the DMRB and MCHW keep up with best practice. The TWI is uniquely positioned to be able to provide this.
