Tender description

The British Council Nigeria is looking for preferred IT vendors for the supply of below listed IT requirements:<br />• Supply, installation and configuration of IT hardware, software, systems such as All-in-ones (AIOs) and approved laptops, networks configuration and other IT consumables/ accessories<br />• Monitoring, maintenance and repair of computer systems, networks, printers and other IT asset wares upon request by the British Council Nigeria<br />• Responding in a timely manner to service issues, requests and supply order<br />• Providing technical support across all British Council Nigeria locations (this may be in person or over the phone)<br />• Network and Server management, administration, and maintenance including connectivity to networked printers<br />• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and upon request by the British Council <br />• Such other services as are necessary to maintain a stable and safe I.T. infrastructure<br />• IT trainings for British Council Nigeria<br />
