Tender description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist Revenue in clarifying its requirements and evaluating potential options for the provision of Customer Call Handling and Management Services. Revenue is issuing this RFI and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. As part of this market research exercise, Revenue, would like you to complete the questionnaire contained in the attached document. The information elicited from providers will contribute to Revenue’s procurement strategy in relation to Customer Call Handling.
