Provision of mediation services to NHS Resolution for the resolution of disputes arising from personal injury and clinical negligence incidents and/or claims and the resolution of disputes arising from claims for legal costs Additional information: Supplier Engagement Event Notification - Mediation Services. NHS Resolution (NHS R) ,formerly NHS Litigation Authority, an arm's length body of the Department of Health and Social Care, will be holding a MS Teams presentation to brief interested parties regarding a forthcoming tender at 14:00 on Wednesday the 24th April 2024. The open tender will be for a four year contract for the provision of mediation services to NHS R for the resolution of disputes arising from personal injury and clinical negligence incidents and/or claims and the resolution of disputes arising from claims for legal costs. Details of the scope of services, and the requirements to meet these will be briefed during the presentation - with an opportunity to post supplementary questions following the session.
