Tender description

Office fit out works required to be undertaken to the 5th floor of a Council owned office investment at 20 Orange Street, London, WC2. The work is being commissioned by the Council's Corporate Property Department. The project aims to undertake the fit-out works as per the provided specifications while ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) to manage health and safety throughout all project stages. The works involve, partitions, doors, decorations, flooring, tea point installations, bespoke joinery, power distribution, lighting systems, incumbent contractor coordination, data and telephone installations, and security system installations.
