Supply of Building Materials to Various Locations 2023 - 2027 - AWARD

Tender description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) is undertaking this procurement exercise in order to establish a supplier who can supply and deliver Building Materials to multiple locations within the Borough of Sandwell to carry out repairs to tenanted properties within the Borough of Sandwell. Deliveries will be made to the Supplies Section at Roway Lane, Oldbury, West Midlands and directly to the tenant's address within Sandwell. There are 29,000 properties in the six towns (West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Tipton, Rowley Regis and Wednesbury) in Sandwell. The Council cannot determine what percentage of goods will be delivered to the Supplies section and what percentage of goods will go directly to the tenant's properties. The items for delivery will include bricks, plaster materials, bulk bagged materials, cement, fence posts and fencing materials along with those items required to carry out the repair to the property.
