The London Borough of Croydon is seeking information from potential contractors as part of a soft market testing exercise for the provision of 112 bus shelters within the borough and associated advertising.This documentation outlines the Councils draft strategy and current proposals in terms of key service delivery requirements and projected scope.It should be noted that this is not a call for competition and no information provided in response to this questionnaire will be used by the Council in assessing providers during the procurement process.This is not a call for competition. Digital advertising consent for circa 60 bus shelter sites has been granted but these would be subject to the council’s application process for a new applicant.’
