Tender description

The British Council is seeking to tender experienced and competent legal firms to offer a comprehensive range of legal services. The firm will represent the Council on a variety of legal matters, including examinations, educational programmes, tax and finance issues, and other legal domains at all types/levels of courts in Pakistan.<br /><br />The purpose and scope of this ITT and supporting documents is to explain in further detail the requirements of the British Council and the process for submitting a tender proposal. Further, below are the services for which proposal is required. please refer to tender documents for detailed scope of work and instruction for proposal submission:<br /><br />LOT 1 Corporate Law / Business Law / Intellectual Property Law<br />LOT 2 Tax Law<br />LOT 3 Civil Law<br />LOT 4 Employment Law / Labour Law<br /><br />The appointed supplier will be expected to deliver the goods and/or provide services in Pakistan (Nationwide).<br />The Contract awarded will be for a duration of 3 Years, with an option for an extension for up to an additional 1 Year.<br /><br />
