Tender description
Medway Council's HRA Service wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake FRA Remedial Works. The Contract will be for a period of Initial 4 years with two optional extension periods of 4 years each to a maximum term of 12 years. The initial term 4 year term period runs from 1st September 2024 and ends 31st August 2028. The full term, encompassing both extension options would therefore conclude on 31st August 2036.
