Tender description

Cheshire East Council is seeking provider(s) to deliver a range of Housing Related Support services for local people who are homeless and in need of strength-based support to regain their independence. \r Cheshire East Council is flexible in its approach to service delivery, always seeking solutions that will offer quality and value for money and working with delivery partners who share our values and commitment to the success of the area. \r The Council is seeking partners to provide housing related support services split into 9 lots as detailed within the specification, including:\r • Dispersed, Housing-Led offer for single homelessness.\r • Intensive supported accommodation for singles and couples.\r • General needs supported accommodation, including families and young people.\r • Rapid Access emergency accommodation offer for rough sleepers.\r • Floating tenancy support to resettle and sustain at-risk accommodation.\r Interested providers should express an interest in the opportunity and download all of the documentation provided on the Chest system, project: DN688828, any queries should be asked here via the messaging area of the project. e-tendering only\r It should also be noted that TUPE is likely to be involved & for the lots inclusive of units there may be the opportunity to claim housing benefit or other additional funding.\r Additional information: Project ref.: DN688828 - the Chest see: www.the-chest.org.uk for more information
