Highways Asset Management and Survey System

Tender description

Provision of the XA Infrastructure Asset Management Software System by the Supplier to be used by the Buyer and System support and surveying by the Supplier via XA Support. Hampshire County Council requires access to the XA Infrastructure Asset Management System in order to manage the carriageway (CW) and Footway (FW) data and use UKPMS functions to manage other inventory and condition data in line with published highways asset management guidance. Hampshire County Council requires a XAIS Annual Engineers Inspection (AEI) to be carried out on 50% of its Hierarchy Category 1 to 6 carriageway (CW) network over a one-year period. This is to be supplied loaded in the XA system. Hampshire County Council may consider purchase of XAIS iV condition data for its Hierarchy Category 1 to 3 footway.
