Galway City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to provide consultancy services for all stages involved in Upgrade Works to selected Galway City Council Properties including Residential, Culturally Appropriate Accommodation and Non-Residential. Galway City Council’s objectives are a Multi-Disciplinary Team in order provide a detailed review of selected properties and associated public areas to capture the physical condition of the properties including costing of required remedial works. Arrangements with tenants for access to the properties to be surveyed shall be carried out by Galway City Council Housing Liaison staff. Galway City Council has circa. 3,000 properties, all of which will require condition surveys and possible refurbishment works over the next few years. The number of properties under this Contract may increase/decrease from the initial 248 selected properties at the discretion of GCC.
