The British Council is looking for one or more suitably qualified local civil society organisations (CSOs) in Libya to support the implementation of its Youth Connect programme across Libya. The selected organisation/s (community hub / local partner) will deliver the programme to empower young people in Libya with new skills that enable them to thrive and equip them to assume an active role in shaping their communities through collective action and collaborative engagement with key stakeholders, as a result of improvements in their well-being, resilience and flourishing through this programme.
