We are seeking an established management system that can store and manage section 106 agreements, including their associated financial and non-financial obligations; the system will also provide an interface to manage projects funded by section 106. This is not an invitation for the development/creation of a bespoke system. The system must be tried and tested, and the bidder must demonstrate its successful use in other organisations that manage section 106 developer funds.
