***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the DPS Research and Insights Framework RM6126 Brief Description of Requirement In May 2022 UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) announced that we will transition to collective talent funding across our talent focussed investments. As a first step we have brought together the research councils spending for talent, largely for fellowships and studentships, into a single budget line of £2 billion, covering the 2022 to 2025 spending review period. As part of this programme we are working to reduce the bureaucracy involved in accessing fellowship funding and make UKRI's talent offers more consistent and easier to understand. This will, over time, require UKRI to simplify and harmonise our talent offers. UKRI wishes to commission a third-party supplier to provide a Review of Research and Innovation Fellowship funding offers by non-UKRI funders in the UK and other global funders who are trying to attract international talent. This review will provide context for the current UKRI Fellowship offering, help identify potential gaps in UK fellowship provision, and help frame the objectives that the future UKRI fellowship offer should look to address.
