Kingston upon Hull City Council is advertising an opportunity from the Council’s Engineering and Professional Services framework using mini-competition with Lot 7 Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery to undertake the topographical and utilities surveys at various locations across in Hull relating to the Hull District Heating Network project.
