Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services across its Housing estates, full details of the services and the requirements are set out in the Specification of Requirements document. Lot 1: Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services across its Housing estates, full details of the services and the requirements are set out in the Specification of Requirements document. The Service is expected to commence in April 2024 and is for an initial period of three (3) years. SBHA, may extend the Contract on two occasions for a period of twelve (12) months. The maximum possible term of the Contract is five (5) years. The estimated contract value is GBP450,000 per annum including VAT, totalling GBP2.2 million over the full term. Additional information: During the life of the contract, additional services may be required. SBHA reserves the right to use any Supplier for these services, however, may refer these requirements to the successful Supplier in the first instance.
