20 of TimeTech model TIM-10265-4 six-channel phase comparators, each with four 10 MHz to 100 MHz multipliers installed. Lot 1: Procurement of 20 TimeTech model TIM-10265-4 six-channel phase comparators, each with four 10 MHz to 100 MHz multipliers installed. These are required to measure the phase time differences between clock signals at frequencies of 10 MHz and/or 100 MHz. These instruments should be capable of measuring the signals generated by active hydrogen masers without introducing additional noise.
