Mobile Exhibition Vehicle 2025

Tender description

Early market engagement to gather feedback for a future opportunity. We will want to lease a converted vehicle to use as a Mobile Exhibition Vehicle. This will include the leasing and provision of a suitable vehicle, conversion of a suitable and additional services such as provision of a driver, service maintenance and repairs, and storage of the vehicle when not in use. The vehicle is primarily used for Customer engagement that allow schemes to continue to be highly visible in communities, giving a broader sample of representation and opinion from the public at our public information and public consultation events. There is an average of 12 events per month and held at accessible venues open to the general public.
