Energy Saving Trust requires an experienced research agency (“the supplier”) to carry out approximately 400 telephone interviews with householders supported by the specialist renewables advice service, and 60 telephone interviews with landlords/letting agents supported by the private sector landlord advice service (460 interviews in total). This opportunity will be an open procedure advertised on the Public Contracts Scotland Portal. Energy Saving Trust insight and evaluation team is carrying out an annual evaluation of the specialist renewables advice (SRA) service and private sector landlord advice service, covering the delivery period 2022-23. Both services have been the subject of annual evaluation for several years. Energy Saving Trust requires an experienced research agency (“the supplier”) to carry out approximately 400 telephone interviews with householders supported by the specialist renewables advice service and 60 telephone interviews with landlords/letting agents supported by the private sector landlord advice service. The interview datasets produced by the supplier will be used by Energy Saving Trust insight and evaluation team during in-house analysis to produce quantified savings and to support reporting to the Scottish Government.
